Из комментов, это много где обсуждалось, зацепилась за это. Сравнение с Европой интересно мне лично, потому что я сама задумываюсь о том, насколько в США дома все еще афордабл.

why investors are buying US homes...Americans live in a bubble. It's worse than Americans not knowing what's going on in the rest of the world. It's worse because they think they totally understand everything. Americans just make up crap that pops into their heads. In real estate Americans have absolutely no idea that their real estate is seriously undervalued compared to much of the rest of the world. Like 50% less, even today. Investors see that. They can buy such a stable asset as homes for 50% off so yeah they've figured it out and are piling in. Why not? That's not even counting that US real estate is extremely secure. Would you invest in Ukrainian real estate?

IMO investors buying assets is not a bad thing for Americans willing to do just a tiny bit of research and get in on the good deal. But that's almost no one. Americans prefer to sit on their cans and complain about the government. Everything is the government's fault. If something is great today then the government will wreck it tomorrow. It's lazy thinking. One of the cool things about American is the economy is so strong even willfully stupid people can make a very good income. Free to be as dumb as you like and still have a great life. Pretty cool. And why so many would love to have the same chance.

У вас устаревшая информация. Китайцы были популярны лет 10, ну 5 назад.

Wall Street в sfr маркете делает большой шорох. Build to rent sfr тоже набирает обороты. Сама лично знаю, что скупают целые комьюнити от билдеров
