Uzito писал(а): Write an example of a message from Comrade Stalin to women, congratulating them with Match 8 holiday and reminding them about their civil rights.
Comrades,

On this joyous occasion of March 8, International Women's Day, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and warmest greetings to all the valiant women of our great Union. It is a day to honor and celebrate the indomitable spirit, the unyielding strength, and the invaluable contributions of our women - the steadfast guardians of our hearths, the diligent workers in our factories and fields, the brilliant minds nurturing the flames of knowledge, and the fearless warriors shielding our motherland.

Let us remember, comrades, that the Soviet Union was the first country in the world to recognize the equality of the sexes, integrating it not just into the letter of our laws but into the spirit of our society. We have enshrined the equality of men and women, ensuring the right to vote, to work, to education, and to rest. Yet, remembering these rights also means acknowledging the responsibility we bear to further the cause of gender equality, to fight against any remnants of inequality and injustice.

This day is also a solemn reminder that our achievements have not come easily. They are the fruits of the relentless struggle by countless women who stood, and continue to stand, at the forefront of the battle for a fair and just society. To the women who have taken up roles in every sphere of our society, who work tirelessly in the pursuit of our collective goals, your nation sees your efforts and honors your sacrifices.

As we commemorate this day, let it also serve as a reaffirmation of our pledge to uphold the rights and freedoms of every woman. Let us commit to ensuring that our mothers, sisters, and daughters have the opportunities to thrive, to chase their dreams without restraint, and to contribute equally to the building of our socialist future.

The path ahead may still hold challenges, but united in purpose and spirit, there is no obstacle we cannot overcome. Together, we shall forge ahead, continuing the noble endeavor of building a society where true equality reigns, and where every citizen, regardless of gender, can realize their fullest potential.

Happy International Women's Day! Let us march forward with unwavering resolve towards our bright future.

With Comradely Greetings,

[Your name, e.g., Josef Stalin]
General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union

The issue type in this scenario is often referred to as a "Non-Blocking Error" or a "Silent Error." These terms are used because, despite error messages or exceptions occurring (typically logged in the developer console), they do not disrupt the end user's experience directly. In web development contexts, you might also see it being described more specifically as a "Console Error with No User Impact" when referring to JavaScript errors that appear in the browser's developer console but do not affect the webpage's functionality from the user's perspective.

@ChatGPT Currently I'm working as an accountant. Prior to my full time role years ago I had 3 internships. Now that I’m interviewing for a new role I’m always being asked why I didn’t take full time offer after my internships. Seems like they don’t even care about my current role. Because back then I literally just wanted internships but didn’t want to stick around for the job because I didn’t like it. It has been years ago and I thought by now with my track record they’d stop asking but it seems like they only care about my past. How should I respond to such questions?

When you're asked about your decisions regarding your internships and why you didn't convert those opportunities into full-time positions, it's important to craft your response in a way that reflects positively on your career path and decision-making skills. Here are several strategies to help you navigate this question effectively:

1. **Focus on Growth and Learning**: Emphasize that your main objective during your internships was to gain diverse experiences, learn as much as possible about the field, and understand where you could best apply your skills and passions. Explain that these experiences were invaluable as they shaped your understanding of your career path and helped you identify what roles you were truly passionate about pursuing.

2. **Highlight Positive Outcomes**: Talk about the positive outcomes from your internships, such as the skills you acquired, the professional network you built, or any particular achievements during those periods. Make it clear that these internships were stepping stones that enabled you to advance in your career, ultimately leading you to your current role. This demonstrates that you were focused on long-term career success rather than immediate job placement.

3. **Discuss Your Career Vision**: Share your career vision and how each internship played a specific role in refining that vision. Explain that not converting those opportunities into full-time positions allowed you to pursue roles that were more aligned with your career goals and aspirations, including your current or most recent position.

4. **Professional Fit and Job Satisfaction**: Without speaking negatively about those internships, you can mention that after careful consideration, you realized that the full-time roles offered at the end of those internships did not align perfectly with your career aspirations or areas of interest. This shows that you are thoughtful about your career choices and seek roles where you can be most effective and satisfied.

5. **Turn the Conversation Forward**: After addressing their question, pivot the conversation towards what you have accomplished in your current role and why you are excited about the new opportunity. This helps shift the focus from the past to how you can contribute to the prospective employer based on your acquired skills and experiences.

Remember, the key is to communicate confidently and focus on the positive aspects of your decisions and how those decisions have helped you grow professionally. By framing your response in this way, you demonstrate self-awareness, purposeful career planning, and a commitment to finding roles where you can perform at your best.

Uzito писал(а): please explain how to optimize PGA and SGA memory size for optimal performance on Oracle database.
Optimizing the Program Global Area (PGA) and System Global Area (SGA) memory sizes in Oracle databases is crucial for achieving optimal performance. These components have a significant impact on how effectively the database handles workloads, manages connections, and performs operations. Here’s a guide on how to optimize PGA and SGA memory sizes:

### Understanding PGA and SGA

- **System Global Area (SGA)**: This shared memory region contains data and control information for one Oracle database instance. It includes various components like the database buffer cache, shared pool, large pool, Java pool, and others.
- **Program Global Area (PGA)**: A private memory region that contains data and control information exclusive to a server process. Memory allocation in the PGA is dedicated to sorting, session information, and other process-specific tasks.

### Steps to Optimize PGA and SGA

#### 1. Enable Automatic Memory Management (AMM)

Oracle provides a feature called Automatic Memory Management which simplifies memory management. By enabling AMM, you allow the Oracle Database to automatically adjust the sizes of the SGA and PGA based on workload demands.

To enable AMM, set the parameter `MEMORY_TARGET` to your desired total memory size and `MEMORY_MAX_TARGET` to the maximum memory size Oracle can allocate.

```sql
ALTER SYSTEM SET MEMORY_TARGET=2G SCOPE=SPFILE;
ALTER SYSTEM SET MEMORY_MAX_TARGET=2.5G SCOPE=SPFILE;
```

Be cautious with these settings; ensure they’re aligned with your system's physical memory capacity and other applications' needs.

#### 2. Configure SGA Target and SGA Max Size

If you choose not to use AMM or if you want more control over SGA sizing, use Automatic Shared Memory Management by setting `SGA_TARGET` and optionally `SGA_MAX_SIZE`.

```sql
ALTER SYSTEM SET SGA_TARGET=1G SCOPE=SPFILE;
ALTER SYSTEM SET SGA_MAX_SIZE=1.5G SCOPE=SPFILE;
```

This enables automatic distribution of memory among various SGA components.

#### 3. Adjust PGA Aggregate Target

For PGA, set the `PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET` parameter, which allows Oracle to manage PGA memory aimed at optimal performance.

```sql
ALTER SYSTEM SET PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET=500M SCOPE=SPFILE;
```

Oracle automatically adjusts individual PGA allocations trying to keep the total PGA memory close to this target.

#### 4. Monitor and Adjust Based on Performance Metrics

Regularly monitor performance using views like `V$PGASTAT`, `V$SGA_TARGET_ADVICE`, and `V$PGA_TARGET_ADVICE`. These views provide information on current usage and offer advice on sizing adjustments for optimal performance.

#### 5. Consider Workloads and Test Changes

Different workloads might benefit from different configurations. OLTP systems often have different requirements than DSS systems. Always test configuration changes in a development or staging environment before applying them to production.

#### 6. Use Tools and Advisors

Oracle offers several tools and advisors such as the Memory Advisor and SQL Access Advisor via Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and the Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) reports that can give tailored advice on memory management based on actual workload and system performance.

### Conclusion

Optimizing PGA and SGA sizes involves understanding your system's workload, careful planning, ongoing monitoring, and adjustments based on performance feedback. Utilizing Oracle's automatic management features can simplify this process, but it's also essential to retain a level of manual oversight to ensure that the automatic adjustments align well with your specific database operations and workloads.

Uzito писал(а): What would be a unique experience of using Exadata comparing to a regular server for Oracle?
Using Oracle Exadata compared to a regular server for Oracle databases offers a range of unique experiences and benefits, primarily because Exadata is not just a server but an integrated system designed specifically for running Oracle Database. Here are some key aspects that make using Exadata a unique experience:

1. **Integrated System**: Exadata is an engineered system that integrates hardware and software to deliver the highest performance for Oracle databases. Unlike regular servers where you might need to manually optimize the hardware and software settings, Exadata is pre-configured and optimized for database operations right out of the box.

2. **Extreme Performance**: Exadata is specifically designed to enhance Oracle database performance. It features smart storage, where SQL processing is offloaded to the storage layer, dramatically reducing the data movement and thereby increasing the speed of data analysis and retrieval. This can lead to performance improvements that are often not achievable on regular servers.

3. **Scalability and Elasticity**: Exadata systems provide massive scalability, both vertically and horizontally, allowing organizations to scale according to their needs without significant architectural changes. The cloud variants of Exadata (Exadata Cloud Service and Exadata Cloud at Customer) offer even greater elasticity, enabling users to dynamically scale compute and storage resources with minimal effort.

4. **Advanced Compression Techniques**: Exadata utilizes advanced data compression techniques, such as Hybrid Columnar Compression (HCC), which are not available on regular servers. HCC significantly reduces the storage footprint and improves performance for analytics workloads by efficiently compressing and processing large volumes of data.

5. **High Availability Features**: Exadata is designed with high availability in mind, featuring Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) storage, real application clusters (RAC), and automatic storage management (ASM). These features ensure that databases remain highly available and resilient against hardware failures, something that would require additional configuration and third-party tools in regular server environments.

6. **InfiniBand Networking**: Exadata uses high-speed InfiniBand networking to connect between its components, providing low latency and high throughput. This results in faster data movement across the Exadata system compared to typical Ethernet-based networking used in regular server setups.

7. **Database Machine Optimization**: Oracle continually optimizes its database software to take full advantage of the Exadata hardware. This means that Exadata users often receive earlier access to new Oracle Database features and optimizations, further enhancing performance and capabilities over what's possible on non-Exadata systems.

8. **Unified Support Structure**: When you use Exadata, Oracle provides support for both the hardware and software components of the system. This unified support structure can simplify the resolution of issues and improve system reliability, as there's no need to coordinate between separate hardware and software vendors.

9. **Smart Flash Cache**: Exadata includes a feature known as Smart Flash Cache, a high-speed cache that significantly speeds up reads and writes. This feature is particularly beneficial for workloads with high I/O demands, providing a performance boost that's often not achievable with standard server setups.

The transition from a regular server to an Exadata system for Oracle Database operations typically involves a significant investment but comes with performance, efficiency, and scalability benefits that are uniquely tailored to support demanding database applications and large-scale data warehousing.
