This is the exact protocol I used:
Ivermectin - 36mg/day
Fenbendazole - 2000 mg/day (start at 222mg and add 222mg every 3-4 days until you get to 2000mg/day)
Melatonin - 1000mg/day

I used these supplements: Turkey Tail, Reishi, D3/K2, AHCC Kinoko Platinum, MitoQ, Artemisinin, Berberine, Soursop Graviola, Cordyceps, and Magnesium Glycinate.
I buy my Fenbendazole and Melatonin from purebulk.com and make my own 500mg capsules. For ivermectin, I buy it from All Day Chemist.

Fenbendazole (Fenben)

Start at 222-300 mg once daily and increase doses every 5 days.
Aim for 2 doses of 900 - 1000 mg 2 x daily

I recommend using either Panacur or products from The Happy Healing Store.
I like the Fenben Pure powder and the 500 mg Fenben tablets from The Happy Healing Store.

Panacur, Safeguard, and Fenben Tablets (from The Happy Healing Store) need to be taken with a meal that contains some fat (cooking oil, nuts, seeds, avocado, coconut, meat, fish, etc.)

Fenben Pure powder mixed with DMSO and Fenben Bio products (from The Happy Healing Store) can be taken without food. Both of these help the Fenben cross the Blood Brain Barrier.

To prepare Fenben Pure Powder with DMSO:
Use a clean dry cup.
Add the powder to the cup.
Add ½ tsp of DMSO for each 1 - 4 scoops of powder. .
Mix well until all the powder dissolves.
Stir in a ½ cup of liquid with flavor - such as juice or lemon water.
Mix well. Serve.

Fenben Pure can also be dissolved in 1 tablespoon of oil (olive, hemp, flax, MCT, etc.) and then taken along with food or mixed into a smoothie or shake.

You can also use the Pure powder topically.
Mix the powder with some DMSO to make a paste and apply over the area of concern.
Do not cover with a bandage or gauze - just allow it to dry

Nebulizing - Using a nebulizer with 3% food-grade hydrogen peroxide can help to clear the lungs of congestion. HP is also useful against various microbes and viruses.
