Может, проще чем бороться с неизвестной заразой, ресетнуть телефон к Factory settings и начать жизнь с чистого нуля? Заодно избавитесь от кучи приложений, которые Вы когда-то установили, но давно уже не пользуетесь.

не знаю, зашел в гугл плей, установил апп, потом зашел во все аппы, нажал на этот апп и выбрал опцию анинстал и все
